Janet follows through with what she tells you she will do. She will return text or calls within a reasonable time frame. Janet has done everything I have requested as a seller to enhance the possibility of a buyer for my home.(ex, open house, additional signs, etc.) My beautiful home is still for sale & the "right" people will find it.

Janet went well above, and beyond what was expected of a realtor. Her knowledge of the area was amazing, and answered any, and all questions with a speedy response. The purchase of our property was not flawless, but Janet personally took it upon herself to make sure that it all glitches were covered, and every step was complete! She knows her stuff!
